The Schedule:
6:30 – 7:00: Exercise in movement
7:00 – 7:10: Break
7:10 – 7:30: 1 – 10 minute drawings
7:30 – 7:55: 25 minute pose
7:55 – 8:00: Break
8:00 – 8:25: 25 minute pose
8:25 – 9:30: 55 minute pose (or two 25 minute poses)
